For example, if a 2000px width image is uploaded, 5 new optimised copies will be created. If a 100px width image is uploaded, no new images will be created because the size of an original uploaded image isn't increased by the automatic optimisation.

            - While uploading the biggest resolution for your site guarantees that your site's images are high resolution for your clients and customers, keep in mind that unnecessarily large images can also have a detrimental effect on your page speed. Since high-resolution images are scaled down, users do not normally notice the difference in resolution. It is better to upload images that are as large as how they are intended to be used. For example, if you have a picture that is going to be displayed at 300px by 300px on your site, you do not want to upload it as a 4000px by 4000px image. The below table is a guide of the maximum width for uploading images, depending on their use and whether they will appear on all versions of your site, or just desktop, just mobile, etc.

           Make use of page description meta tags
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           The page description provides a summary of what a particular page is about. Really just an expansion of the title tag, this is generally the information that will be displayed below a search result of the search engine so like the title tag, it is best to use accurate and specific wording.

You may however wish to include some key services within the description of your home page.

           The new ‘draft’ setting for pages gives you freedom to control your website pages’ visibility – both to users and search engines.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           Now you can set a page to ‘draft’ if you are still working on it and don’t want it to go live when you next publish your site. This is the equivalent of hiding the page from all devices and setting it to no index so it’s not searchable.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           To edit the default email message, go to the widget’s Content panel. Open the Submissions tab and select Actions after submission. Scroll down to Email settings, and look for the preselected Auto-reply to form submitter toggle. Below it you’ll find editable email text sections you can personalize however you wish: Sender’s name (the email’s “from” field), Email subject line, and the message itself.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

All you need is a smartphone with a decent camera and a little bit of knowledge.

Consistent patterned or textured walls can work well too, such as brickwork or wooden panelling if you have this featured in your office space. If you want to photograph your team at their desks, be sure to declutter first. You don’t want your viewer distracted from the focal point.

            Lighting is important.

             Direct sunlight can make your subjects appear washed out, so try to plan your photos for a day with some cloud cover. If you’re staying inside, it’s best to use a couple of light sources. You can achieve this by using a couple of lamps with the shades removed on either side of the camera and position them so the light source is level with the focal point. If you only have one lamp, use a reflector on the other side (the silver side of a car windshield sun shade will work well to reflect the lamp’s light). It’s best to avoid the flash, so if your flash is triggered by low light you may need to increase your light source.
            &#xD;

Have the camera eye level with your subject; so they aren’t looking up or down at you. Position the camera directly in front of the subject and have them turn their head slightly to the side, this will make the subject appear slimmer and avoid that ‘mugshot’ look. Take multiple photos and have the team member review them with you before calling in the next person – this way you know you have a great photo that the subject is happy with. There is nothing worse than finishing the shoot to realize the subject had their eyes closed in all of them or they’re blurry.
            &#xD;

           Make use of page description meta tags
          &#xD;

           The page description provides a summary of what a particular page is about. Really just an expansion of the title tag, this is generally the information that will be displayed below a search result of the search engine so like the title tag, it is best to use accurate and specific wording.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           As Google recommends having a unique description for each page within your site to help make the search results more useful for users so they can easily see what a page relates to, creating a unique description for each service page will help to distinguish them from one another rather than using a general description for all service pages. You may however wish to include some key services within the description of your home page.
